"The reception team were very helpful and quick to respond to the couple of queries we had. The apartment was a good size and very clean. The location was perfect for us allowing a short walk into the main area.
My only disappointment was that the booking was for a room with a balcony. This had an outdoor terrace but no outdoor furniture, so not quite as expected but still good choice."

"The owner are helpful, have clear instructions on how to store the bags before the checking in process. But as a reminder, it is having NO lift there, you have to carry the baggage manually to the upstairs. Overall speaking, worth to stay there"
