"This hotel is attractive and has comfortable rooms. However, it seemed severely understaffed. The pool was out of towels, leaving my kid shivering outside it while I found someone who could get more towels. At breakfast, they were completely out of bowls. My kids ate their cereal off plates. Then they ran out of forks. A patron asked a staff member if more were coming and she said “by the time they are ready, we’ll be closed.” Important to note that breakfast closes at 9 - seems very early for a hotel in a vacation area. "

The location is perfect for exploring the area and walking to President Wilson's birthplace. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Staunton."
