The staff don't speak english & as an international traveller you can only rely on an online translator. On cleaning my room: they'd make the bed, mop the floor, new towels etc, but after 7 nights, they hadn't changed my bedsheets. "My room was clean and spacious and everything was in good repair. Nice pool, which almost no one used during my stay. The only real drawback as that the breakfast buffet (included) is mediocre. Food was not kept warm. Coffee (which is good in Laos) was Nescafe instant with no milk or cream provided, just sugar. They tend to run out of food. "
