Room did not seem clean. Pillows smelled musty. Surfaces had debris stuck to them. The shower was very complicated and difficult to manipulate. Actually twisted my back trying to turn it on without being in the tub. In general room was frustrating- light switches, blind switches etc were not obvious- phone did not even work well to call the front desk. Room 2703 . Also floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was helpful and friendly.
