We also felt that there was need to place mats on each side of the bed. There were several occasions when no wash cloths were provided at all which compelled us to ask for them."

He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help.
