"The indoor pool area and the pool itself was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. There chocolate cookies awaiting at the desk upon check-in....nice touch. Room and premises were clean."

"Our experience was nothing short of superb. We had 10 family members and our dog and loved everything about our stay. The kids had an awesome time fishing on the dock and must have caught well over 50 small fish that were returned to the lake. Our son launched his boat at the marina that was about 1 minute away and we attempted to catch some muskies and checked out the entire lake.The kids enjoyed the rides at Midway Park and hiking at Panama Flats. We all enjoyed our s’mores at the lakeside fire pit. The house is very well stocked with about everything you can imagine. Țhe Country Store in the village of Asheville is a must visit. It was a family vacation that we will cherish forever."

"The cottage is lovely and comfortable with everything provided that you could possibly need. Laurie is a great host and answers all questions promptly. We noticed that the cottage wasn't as clean as it was last year. For example, the refrigerator hadn't been wiped out and the glassware and silverware weren't washed thoroughly. The sinks and toilet were stained, also. I think the house cleaner could do a better job. I was able to remove the toilet stains with cleaner and a brush. Otherwise, this is a nice place."
