"The building inside is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredible, especially the French toast and omelette station. The hotel is also in a brilliant location to access the old town. I highly recommend this hotel!"
"Excellent service from cleaning staff, breakfast staff, through to those working on reception.
Food at breakfast is plentiful, with fresh coffee or hot drink just a tap on a machine away. Great location in the old town, not too far to walk to Christmas markets. Rooms clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here."
"I stayed for two nights and had such a great experience at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were extremely attentive, service was outstanding in all areas; reception, concierge, the pool and spa, the restaurant staff, and the room cleaning staff. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very tasteful with everything you could need. The pool and spa facilities were also very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with such a huge variety of options. I would definitely stay here again. "
"From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful. The safe in our room was locked and they sorted it out immediately. They also gave us great advice for restaurants. The room was very clean and the hotel itself is a 10 min walk to old town. "
