"Hannah's Tanle does not have great food. J Paul's has very good food and martinis. Need more vocktail servers on the floor. It would be nice if front desk was a little friendlier. Room was comfortable. Slots are tight, floor is smokey, maybe better ventilation. Parking is easy. Buffet is good."

"Everything was good except for the noise in the morning"

"There is cigarettes underneath the bed. They didn’t do a good job at cleaning the room. The headboard was ripped up and scratched up. You got there was no option to change my room to non-smoking. I only had smoking will not be staying there again."

"Navigating through casinos is confusing. No signs posted to direct you from one to another. Easy to get turned around. Staff made it more confusing."

"I asked for house keeping 3 times one day and they still refused to bring us clean towels and clean our room. I did a late check out and they shut my room key off early so I had to have security let us into the room so I could get my things. When we went to go down stairs to get on the shuttle they refused to pick anyone up from circus circus. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle to even arrive after talking to management. Also if your staying in the sky tower has no elevators to walk over to the rooms. "

"4th floor hallway reeked of urine, came back to find our room door open, sleeping security guard, smoke detector low battery beeping started at 3:30am. Front desk customer service EPIC FAIL. This place should be condemned!"

"Paid top dollar for a hotel that only had a gym a cheap restaurant and roc climbing… I changed hotels stayed at the peppermill for the same price it had several restaurants… pool/spa, gambling machines, multiple bars, lots of extras… I felt I was ripped off and over charged for a hotel that offered nothing like the rest of the Reno hotels do… I would compare it to a more 6 with a ihop next to it"
