"The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. "This may have been a nice place once, but it's just too old now. Everything is broken or poorly fixed, so I suppose it's no easy to keep clean. Also, there are not enough supplies.
