Ouderwets hotel, niet in goede staat, matige kamer. Matig flexibel personeel. Door een vergissing in de tijd waren we een kwartier te laat voor het ontbijt, er was geen enkele mogelijkheid om nog iets van het ontbijt of een kop koffie te krijgen.

Tudo mt simples mas organizado, se ficar no térreo vem MT barulho dos quartos de cima no nosso caso não atrapalhou pq tenho sono pesado e minha esposa dorme com protetor nos ouvidos mas o barulho pode incomodar... o café da manhã é bm simples mas está compatível com o preço da diária, em geral custo/benefício MT bom.

Es un hostal para gente muy joven atendido por un grupo de amigos de veintitantos con unas paredes tan final que no se puede dormir porque se oye todo y digo todo lo que hacen en las otras habitaciones desayuno pésimo y se olvidan de las toallas hay que andar pidiéndolas . Pero esta bien situado y la gente es amable muy joven e inesperta pero buena gente

A cheap but ok stay

It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket while there were many constructions on the same street, which means you have to stand flying dust and noises. The hotel’s condition is not perfect but considering the price is acceptable.

Central Hostel

We stayed for one night on our way to Torres del Paine. The hotel offered a small breakfast, the opportunity to leave bigger luggage for no fee and is located quite close to the bus station.

Comfortable, convenient, and great staff

My stay at Hostal Arkya was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and the room was cozy and a simple convenience as a transition to the trip to the mountains of the nearby Patagonia region. Thank you for the great service!

Thin walls

We chose to stay here after our W Trek and while conveniently located to the bus station, that was about it. The walls are incredibly thin and we couldn't go to sleep until everyone else in the hostel did too, unfortunately. Staff is warm and friendly but otherwise, if you are light sleepers, this is probably not the place for you.

Walls are VERY thin

We stayed here for two nights, one night before and one after we did the W trek in Torres Del Paine. We booked this hostel primarily for its location close to the bus terminal, since we had a number of early and late departures/arrivals. If you want to be near the center of town, you might want to look somewhere else since this is about a 15 minute walk away. While our room was clean, staff was friendly, and we could leave an extra bag with them during the trip, we did not get any sleep on both nights because the walls and ceiling were so thin. We could hear everything going on around and above us and our window faced a pretty busy street. Unfortunately it was not a great experience for us.

Good for over night stays to the park

Basic accommodation but very good value for money. Breakfast was nicely prepred and kitchen available to use. Shared bathrooms are only amongst three rooms and many people are back late from the park etc. It is about 10 min walk to shops and main area but it is a small town anyway!

Hostal perfecto para realizar treking Torres del P

Hostal correcto, nosotros cogimos una habitación doble con baño privado y valoramos positivamente la calidad/precio. Además, la atención recibida fue muy buena. La wifi bien desde la habitación y está muy cerca del rodoviario (terminal buses) y del centro.

Clean cheap hostel close to the bus station

We stayed here for 3 non consecutive nights during our travels in Patagonia since Puerto Natales ended up being a travel stop off point. Hostal Arkya is a very clean hostal. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was also very clean. The floor is a little creaky, but the hostal was quiet in general. The free breakfast 4 slices of bread and a couple slices of ham and cheese with instant coffee. It is nothing to write home about, but it is free. We liked that it is close to the bus station. This also meant it was a little further from town but walkable. Puerto Natales isn't big. If you are used to staying in hostal, I would recommend this place.

Clean room and comfortable beds. It's close to the bus terminal and the centre (5-10 mins walk).But on the website it mentioned washing machine and kitchen. But they don't let you to use them at all. That's not good.

Bom custo x benefício

O hotel está convenientemente localizado a algumas quadras do terminal de ônibus de Puerto Natales (apropriado para quem chega de ônibus), em um local muito tranquilo e seguro, com fácil acesso a restaurantes da cidade, vários dos quais ficam na mesma rua do hotel, porém a uns 15 minutos de caminhada. O hotel, que na verdade é uma pousada, é aparentemente novo e eu encontrei o quarto limpo e arrumado. Os funcionários foram cordiais em todos os atendimentos e o Wi-Fi, cujo sinal é bom, pode ser usado gratuitamente no quarto. A cama e os travesseiros são satisfatórios, porém não havia produtos do toalete (sabonete, shampoo, etc.) e, por sorte, eu havia levado e não precisei sair para comprar. O café da manhã é muito fraco, sem opções de frutas e nem qualquer suco, o que me obrigou a comprar suco de frutas no supermercado para tomar no café da manhã. Além disso, me fizeram passar por um incômodo que não deveriam fazer com qualquer hóspede pois denota uma completa desorganização da pousada: após a primeira noite no quarto em que me pediram para ficar, onde havia 2 camas de solteiro, me pediram para arrumar todas as minhas coisas (que eu costumo deixar espalhadas pelo quarto) para que me trocassem para um outro quarto onde havia 1 cama de casal, pois a minha reserva era de apenas uma cama. Uma total falta de organização e planejamento, pois já deveriam ter me dado o quarto com a cama de casal desde a primeira noite, para evitar que eu passasse por esse incômodo.
