Very bad service for an expensive resort ,not enough personnel long lines on all bars , very low quality food , not internal transportation for a large resort full of slopes and stairs.

The site is wonderful. Peaceful. Pools and beach are excellent. Many places to walk and bike. Safe. Room was nice but poorly isolated from noisy neighbors. Food overall was ok but not aligned with the level of luxury that this place offers. Overall, we had a very good time
