"ペットを連れて初めての宿泊で不安もありましたがワンちゃんへの配慮が沢山あり驚きました。入口はもちろん色んなところにお手入れ道具など設置してあり非常に助かりました。 もっと驚いたのがレストランですが、スタッフの皆さんがワンちゃんに動じることなく配膳し仕事をこなしてる姿に感心しました。配膳がひと段落すると飽きてきたワンちゃんに声をかけてください大変助かりました。みなさんに感謝です。"

"The restaurants in this area were all delicious. The hotel itself was close to a bus stop and the Onsen was clean and beautiful. "

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The food was excellent. Chef Oohira is very skilled-the food was surprisingly delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Really high quality ingredients. Also, the rooms were clean as they had just opened a few months ago (Oct 2018). Further, their shuttle service was a bit inconvenient since they only offer 2 times per day to the station but other than that it was an overall great stay here!"

"Walk from subway at dark was creepy with abandoned hotels everywhere. Organ music in hotel lobby was creepy. Almost no tourists. Good food buffet. Staff was nice."
