"If you're looking for a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings this is the place for you. We loved the location and the newly built sauna. The main house is a little dated but still comfortable and cozy. The house closer to the lake housing a cozy lounge room and sauna is absolutely lovely and the outdoor shower a real treat. There is a very nice bathroom with a shower cubicle but we found the outdoor shower so nice that we used it more often. About 15 mins drive away you find Eksjö - a beatiful...

"Sehr schönes rustikales Haus, wer so etwas mag ist hier gut aufgehoben,es erinnert an vergangene Tage. Außentoilette etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig da eine Komposttoilette. "We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "

"Overall a very good stay! Olof answered with booking details quickly and when arriving Birgitta gave us a warm and informative welcome. Such a nice person! This place is relaxing but also fun for the kids. Boat, canoe, fishing, football and aslo table tennis and playing pool in the barn. A very nice stay and well recomended from us!"

"We were guests in patric's house for five days with four people and felt very comfortable there. The house is beautifully furnished and we enjoyed the great view that you have from the living room or from the terrace down to Lake Vättern. Patric was a very good host. He was flexible, gave us tips and always answered quickly when we had questions."

"We were an extended family group (8 people from 3 families) from USA and Canada visiting relatives in Sweden. This home provided a great base for us to take day trips in Småland and Skåne as well as enjoy the countryside. The house is spacious and we especially appreciated the upstairs sitting area so smaller groups could congregate. We hiked around the area and used the boat and bikes."

Nice touch with a towel warming rack in the shower room. The breakfast was the best so fare in a month’s travel in Sweden. Found a very nice restaurant called Akropolis a short walk from the hotel. The food was so good I went there every night of my stay. The hotel is in close proximity to an inland lake with a nice path. Great for getting some fresh air and exercise. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come back to Nässjö."
