Caribbean living is about being outdoors, playing hard, and relaxing in style. Lay pool side with a drink, walk to the beach, or shop for curiosities through the Cable Beach strip. Evenings can be luxurious with 25 restaurants ranging from Michelin stars to local fare. After dinner, try your luck at the Caribbean's largest Casino, or just enjoy the fountain show at Baha Mar. that's just day 1.

The entire house is yours. The front and back yards, the pool, patio, pool bath, driveway parking, enclosed yard with gates.
Two storage rooms are locked with maintenance equipment.

**Sept and Oct are considered a slow season. Which makes it a great time to visit. Prices are lower and tourist attractions are not packed with people**


There are lots of things to do in the area. We are almost as close as you can get to Baha Mar. Walking is easier than parking.
Baha Mar has a huge casino, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and a night club. There are fountian shows all day and night. An art gallery and of course lots of shopping.

If you like adventure off the beaten path we have ideas for you. From 300 year old pirate hideaways, to secluded beaches, You can collect sea glass all day, search for sandollars, or walk to another island.

Nassau has plenty to offer if you like to explore.

Boat tours, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, sailing, etc.

Don't forget to shop. Luxury stores like YSL, Gucci, Rolex and more or handmade crafts. Nassau has a great selection of shopping.

Great location

Stayed for a friends trip. Great location near Baha Mar and easy to grab a taxi to downtown. Host is extremely responsive and checked up throughout the trip. Neighborhood is quiet and we walked to many restaurants and stores.

Papaya House review

This property was just what we were looking for! The pool and patio are wonderful and the oversized flamingo float added some whimsy to the pool use. The three bedrooms as well as the additional room off the kitchen with a single bed provided ample space for our family. There are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. We also loved the cozy living room and the screened porch. Lots of room to spread out. The central location with restaurants, Cable Beach, a supermarket and Baha Mar close by make this a good choice to families as well as group of adults. Great place to anchor your trip while soaking in the Bahamas sun! Thank you Deanne!

Great spring break

The house was well appointed, near restaurants and Baha Mar. Deanna was wonderful to work with and gave great local recommendations. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Easy check in/out process.

Too short of a stay.

We only stayed for 2 night after touring The Bahamas, it was our resting oasis before journey back home. Great place, great host very responsove and attentive. Highly recommended.

Great Place, Great Location

I had a very nice stay at this property. It had everything that was listed, and the owner was very helpful and flexible. From the property, you could walk easily to lots of places to eat, and it was a quick drive to most anywhere you'd want to go. Next time I'm in Nassau, I'll definitely be interested in renting this place again.

Great place to stay. Area is calm and quiet. Kids had a blast playing in pool.

Small problems, really built up.

While the place was clean and nice, there were small issues that would have been easy fixes that really impeded the trip. There was advertised laundry services which were not usable. No soap or body wash. Pool wasn't cleaned until day 3 of the trip, few other things that just bogged it down. Broken tiles in front porch led to one of us tripping. Nothing major but a little frustrating. Nice location, nice house, good sized rooms.

Perfect getaway

We truly enjoyed this house close to Cable Beach. We have been to many islands in the Caribbean but this vacation home is the best we ever stayed. It has lots of space and a paradise back yard with a great pool. The house is very well stacked with necessities for cooking and had plenty of (beach) towels which was great. It’s walking distance to the Baha Mar if you chose to go there. We had our own car and explored the island from here and it’s location is perfect for that. A super market is also close by. Check in and check out were smooth and communication with the host was very easy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved the (too short) stay

The property is great and we enjoyed our 3 night stay. The layout of the house is unique, the kitchen is the most well stocked I have ever experienced in villa rentals and the pool in the backyard is a nice private oasis to relax in after exploring in Nassau.
