Come and experience the Bahamas in a quiet neighborhood on a caul-da-sac
that’s close to everything.

This centrally located studio is perfect if you are on vacation, visiting family, a couples romantic getaway, attending an event or on a business trip.

This newly renovated unit is a 5 drive to three white sandy beaches and Fish Fry, where locals and tourist go to eat our tasty conch salad and fritters.

Our unit is 7 minutes away from the US Embassy.

Walk 5-7 minutes to public transportation and a 5 minutes bus ride for $1.25 on bus #10 or #12 will take you to downtown, shopping, restaurants and local attractions.

If you are interested in an apartment that's in the heart of everything, this is the place for you.

Sonia (the host) was amazing. She was so accomodating and readily available to help with any questions or special requests. The apartment itself was great for an affordable price and the area felt safe and quiet. It's easy to get around, but if you decide to go by foot be prepared to get some exercise in, although it's a great way to also take in the scenary. Would stay here again. Thank you Sonia!

Mr. & Mrs. Dorsett(the owner) are very responsive and amazing host.They even gave us the lists of everyday activities for the upcoming Bahamas 50th Independence Day.I forgot to check-out on time and they didn't charge me for that(sorry and thank you again).This place is close to everything and the people of Bahamas are so welcoming,friendly and should I say the nicest people on earth.I would definitely reccomend this apartment to everybody and don't think twice if you see this apartment coz this is the best place to stay in Nassau,Bahamas.Thank you again Sonia and to her husband.❤️

Good spot away from heavily visited tourist areas. If you dont have your own transportation, be prepared to walk or bus stop is a 5 min walk.Host was very helpful too.
