Welcome to Pomelo East, one of three modern beachfront condos located on our private Pomelo Bay property in the heart of Adelaide Village, Nassau. Set on the quiet southwestern coast of the island, Pomelo Bay offers the ultimate escape from the crowds—where you’ll wake up to breathtaking sunrises, fall asleep to the sound of gentle waves, and step directly from your backyard onto untouched white sand beaches.

This spacious, tastefully furnished condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping four guests with a queen bed and Smart TV in the master suite. From the bedroom and dining room, you'll enjoy sweeping water views, or take it all in from the private balcony over a home-cooked meal or sunset drink. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table, and breakfast bar, plus high-speed internet and two desks for remote work. A Smart TV with complimentary Netflix provides easy entertainment after a day in the sun.

Although Pomelo East is part of a shared property, the unit is fully private and all yours during your stay. Parking is available on-site within our gated grounds, and we’re just a 20-minute drive from Nassau International Airport. The neighborhood—Adelaide Village—is known as the island’s last true “old town,” a safe and quiet community where local life and natural beauty take center stage. Here, you’ll find no mega resorts or shopping malls—just peace, charm, and the real Bahamas.

Our waterfront property is perfectly positioned between the Royal Bahamas Defense Force base and the exclusive Albany Resort. You’ll also have access to our private lakefront retreat across the street, protected by UNESCO and perfect for fishing, birdwatching, or simply relaxing in the cabana by the dock.
A car or taxi is essential during your stay, as public transportation is not available and the closest shops, restaurants, and attractions are at least 15 minutes away. But that’s exactly what makes Pomelo East such a special destination—secluded, serene, and truly away from it all.

- We love feedback. Let us know how we can make your stay better.

- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.

- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.

- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use our pool and property facilities.

- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.

- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
