I would like to have my money back on the hotel, rooms where horrible, the hotel lied to Expedia, this hotel where the Bahamian social workers send their clients. Also there a bar in the middle that stay open late, you can smell marijuana coming from inside

I arrived soon after I booked and there was nobody at the office to open the rooms for me. After waiting about 2 hours and talking with every employee to try to contact the managers/owners of the place, there was no success Regardless of that unpleasent experience, the price looked very dirty, and over crowded

I had a reservation for jun 20. At 10 pm nobody in the recepción. Some guest stayed that the lady in the lobby leave the hotel at 8pm. I lost my reservation and sleep in the car

I have spent more than 30 minutes looking around for the place, no signs with the name .. anything, the taxi driver figure out after talking to locals. Then I stayed at the front desk for 30 minutes more and no one showed up.

This place is a disgusting dirty disaster.

This place is a disgusting dirty disaster. Room looked like no one had been in it for months. Bar is Crazy loud until 2:00 am. Had to walk all around o find someone to open the office in the middle of the day. No towels given, no trash can in the room at all. water barley came out of the shower

Unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again, every day we needed to ask them to give us more toilet paper and towels and nothing would ever be done without us asking for it to be done. The receptionist was always on the phone and the reception area with always locked, rarely with anyone ever excited to help us. The sink was broken the bathroom toilet did not work well and they put plastic sheets on our bed. I will literally never recommend this place nor will I ever visit it ever again. They need to make a huge change if they ever want better reviews. The only thing good about that place was the bar that was kind of a pop up… However it was blasting till 5 AM every night so if you want to stay somewhere that’s quiet, definitely do not go here

Accommodations are what one should expect for the value. When good hotels are charging $300+ a night and the hotel charges $100 a night one should not expect much. Most of the rooms need a lot of love and a deep cleaning. The good thing is the sheets and towels are clean.

Katastrofal, anländer till personal som skriker att allt är fullbokat, polisen griper någon som gjort inbrott och sovit i ett rum, det är sjukaste festen som pågår till långt efter stängning. Personalen sitter inlåt i receptionen och det är total katastrof runt hela boendet.

I called them letting them know that my flight was delayed and to hold my room. They didn’t, and I didn’t have a room when I arrived. I had to find another hostel to stay in a 1 in the morning. I want a full refund and compensation for my troubles!

Worst place I’ve stayed. Should be motel than hotel. The service wasn’t great, no coffee in room. No fridge, no microwave. Not even a quilt or comforter! Parties at poolside bar until very late hours. The kind of people it attracted was of the seductive kind. So many things wrong for the price. Never again.

Que cet hôtel est sale, c’est honteux aux Bahamas d’avoir cet hôtel non confortable, bruyant, et tellement insalubre. En plus le ménage est fait tous les 4 jours. Certains personnels sont à peu près sympa.

This property may have potential but it is in need of a complete renovation. No WIFI was available. No hot water was available. Office said phones were not working. I had a friend staying in a separate room and she needed to change rooms three times as her room had no water.
