In a peaceful traditional historic neighborhood is a modern designed private space in the heart of Nassau. easily accessible to all things desired while in the Bahamas from fine dining to fast food, walking distance to tourist attractions including the beach & Atlantis, Paradise Island and close by downtown. The Unit is designed for the business executive, couples coming to enjoy themselves or just those visiting to chill!
The space
Within the images is a layout of the room which helps with knowing the size and layout. The space is designed to be extra comfortable, modern and upscale. while it is cozy, you will be more than pleased with its location, cleanliness, design elements and the exterior spaces which are large and private. The shared spaces are the back patio area for grilling, green spaces and the laundry room.
Guest access
The general back patio where the grill resides is a common area for all guests to grill and chill.
The laundry room is for all guests. If it is in use, simply write your name on the whiteboard provided to state you are next.
The green spaces are also common areas for all guests to enjoy.

Sabrina was so helpful, responsive and kind. Perfect location for any shopping or necessities. All within walking distance. A perfect place to have as home-base while I visited the Bahamas for the first time. I will definitely be coming back!

This stay TRULY took my trip experience to the next level! I really appreciated the host Sabrina & Rob they were amazing! The unit setup is TOP TIER everything looks new and clean i almost didnt want to leave lol the area gives that local feel but is safe enough to walk to all the local attractions around u, i will definitely be back! 10/10 Recommended

I needed a bed to sleep. And a shower. AC worked good. The TV was hard to program. Customs wanted.

Not a vacation resort but a cheap price to pay to get a shower and bed.
