Step into a chic, comfortable retreat designed for your group`s comfort. The open-concept living area features designer furnishings, Smart TV, electric fireplace, a sleeper sofa, and opens onto a private balcony. Enjoy meals at the six-person dining table overlooking the stunning pool and cabanas. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals before a night out on the town (please note, cooking oil is not provided.) Workspace on the kitchen island with accessible outlets. Washer/dryer available with complimentary laundry detergent, and starter kit of coffee pods/sugar/creamer, and fresh linens including pool towels are also provided.

Rest and recharge in one of three beautifully appointed bedrooms:
* Primary Bedroom: A plush king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a shower/tub combination.
* Secondary Bedroom: A comfortable king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and access to a shared bathroom.
* Third Bedroom: A cozy room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for light sleepers seeking a quiet space.
* For additional guests, the living room includes a sleeper sofa with a full-size pull-out mattress, complete with a mattress topper for added comfort and extra linens stored in the bedroom closets.
* Traveling with little ones? A pack and play crib is available upon request.

If you are parking a car during your stay, you will have 3 options:
-Owner/Guest Garage - this is a FREE first come, first serve garage that requires the Latch app for access. You will receive Latch access about 3 days prior to arrival. EV Chargers available.
-Street Parking - this is FREE first come, first serve parallel street parking
-Lower-Level Garage - this is a paid public parking garage that has direct elevator access right to your condo floor. Discounted pricing is available for people staying at one of our condos.

Please note:
- This is a condo located in downtown Nashville. As pictured, this development sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience. As Nashville continues to grow, nearby construction is common and may be present during your stay. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for your stay. Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced.
- Arriving ahead of check in time? The Hyve offers complimentary luggage storage! Please check with us for hours.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, cabanas, gym, workspace lounge, lobby, etc. are managed by the building. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- The pool will be closed during the winter and reopens March-October seasonally.
- No smoking and no pets allowed.
