"Property was great and stay was great but the owners just leave the property and go home with no employees on site. People with reservations showed up at 12:30am and were left standing in the lobby clueless for 2 hrs. If it were me I would’ve been bullsh*t."

"The location of the room was wonderful. The room was comfortable. The jacuzzi tub/shower combo isn't good. It is very difficult to get in and out of. Towels were clean, but very dingy in color. The couch cushions are sinking so cardboard is there to make it more firm. We paid over $400 per night, so we had hoped for a little more, but it's my understanding that renovations are coming."
