Perfect House for Your Wedding Weekend

We booked this house for my bridal party to stay the weekend in Nashville and we could not have been more pleased! The house is a beautiful backdrop for getting ready photos and we had plenty of room for everyone to get their hair and makeup done. The back patio is huge and perfect for spending time with friends.

Great location downtown Nashville IN. The house was clean, attractive, and had lots of room for family. The air hockey, arcade, and games were fun, as well as the patio, fire pit, and hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Getaway

Awesome girls weekend!… The house was beautiful and close to everything. We went winetasting and shopping around town and enjoyed a couple of the restaurants. We really loved the back patio which had the hot tub, corn hole and firepit. We would stay here again!

Great place for work retreat

I lead a team of campus missionaries and we did our annual staff retreat here. The house was great, plenty of space for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the several common areas, especially the patio. Amanda is a great host who responded quickly and seriously to our requests. Will definitely try to stay again!

This property is excellent! We had a wonderful time staying here with friends and family on an IU football weekend. It was the most perfect place to hang out. Nicest vacation home in Nashville

We were blown away by our stay at 12 S Jefferson. The house was as gorgeous as it appears in the online posting, and the location could not have been any better. The house is two blocks off main street, a block from the best breakfast spot in Nashville and across the street from an amazing pizza joint. The patio and hot tub were huge and ideal for an afternoon hangout, and the game room was perfect in the evening. 10/10 stay!

Wonderful home in central location

We stayed for a weekend for a girls trip in the fall. The house was exactly as advertised and even more beautiful in person! The thoughtfulness and detail of the design was carried throughout the home. The location was also perfect! There was parking for 3 cars with free on street parking adjacent to the house for any additional vehicles. We were a short walk from all the restaurants and shops- couldn’t have been a better location! Will definitely book again if visiting Nashville in the future.

Wonderful, clean stay in middle of Nashville

While visiting my daughter we wanted to get away and stay in or near Nashville and found one of the cleanest properties yet. We enjoyed the fire pit on a cool evening then watched movies by the fireplace inside. The house is so well thought out with something for everyone including tv's throughout the property and a game room! My favorite part was the little things that made the stay special for example the book located in kitchen explains the property history, the nightlights had oil infused scents, the bedrooms had sound boxes for sleeping, and a well stocked kitchen. Hope to come back with larger group and stay again!

Family Fun

House layout was excellent with great amenities. Was sad that rain and cool weather did not allow us the opportunity to enjoy the Hot Tub, Grill and lovely outdoor area. Did not know that Nashville was going to be busy tourist shopping center. Loved having recommendations from prior visitors on places that would interesting/good to visit and a good place to have lunch. Was glad to be able to cook Saturday evening because all restaurants were booked. Enjoyed the game room and televisions which we used to play some good mind-games with everyone. Would recommend dark curtains on both bedrooms on main floor and rugs inside doorways so we could keep from bringing in leaves etc. This was my first VRBO experience and we all rated as being wonderful.
