Enter the ramp to one of the two entrances. One enters into the living room and one enters from the wrap around covered porch into the foyer.

There is also a spacious master suite with a California king bed and a master bath with a clawfoot tub and separate shower. From the master bedroom, you can enter into the sunroom where there is a large hot tub.
Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one with a trundle that has 2 singles. There is a full bathroom with a shower only. Also if some folks do not like to share rooms, there is also a spare queen in this loft area. The pool table on this level is sure to be the highlight of the vacation.

The cabin itself was large and had enough space for my family of six. However, we had to go off site to check in and get the information from a lockbox. The cabin had a musty smell. We also ended up with a flat tire in the driveway, and it took most of the day to resolve between calling a tow truck and driving to have the tire replaced. The property was nice and secluded, but the bathrooms had some issues with cleanliness. We expected more for the price.
The house is accurately pictured: lots of room, open concept, inviting, and close to town with a nice pool table. There was a large bag of ice provided in the freezer which was appreciated. However the first night of our stay the power went out and stayed out for 7 hours from 6pm-1am and this house does not have an onsite generator. When I called the afterhours number, I was called back very quickly but the lady on the other end didn't have much compassion for the situation and inferred that this happens often in brown county with trees falling often on power lines. I'd hope that they plan to get a generator if that's the case. The bedroom upstairs with 2 beds wasn't awesome as one of the beds made A LOT of noise just turning over and woke the person in the other bed. We also found mold, potentially black mold, behind the bathtub in the downstairs bed/bath and a cockroach roaming around upstairs. I won't stay in this house again but it could be nice if it was cleaned up a bit and a generator was obtained.
Good value. IU commencement weekend is a very expensive time to find short term rentals/hotels. This was reasonably priced. There were a few bugs but it’s to be expected for a lot home in the woods. The check in was disappointing. Had to go out of our way to go to the office to drop off a piece of paper that could have been emailed and get handed the code to enter the home. Both could have been done without a trip to the office.
