"I feel as if the moto today is pay more and get less but that’s across the board for everything. The room needed a few more towels. I don’t mind not having daily maid service ( and I could ask for it) but please give me more than two towels in the room. We were able to ask for more but then again I paid enough not to have to go get more towels. The breakfast nook was very minimal, which wasn’t a big deal for me but again pay more get less. The coffee was terrible. So weak it didn’t even taste like coffee. Again, pay more get less. On the positive I would go back and recommend the hotel. It was a perfect location! Very friendly staff and very clean. The little things that can mean a lot just weren’t there."

"Third or 4th year in a row here. Big advantages - spacious room, morning coffee, beach across the street. Staff super helpful and nice. What could improve? Pillows and bedspreads. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW."

"Property overlooks a spectacular setting with extraordinary sunrises..the host was very responsive when the AC seemed to fail; he was able to get a technician onto the property in a very short time and all was well!We loved the house and property.. would definitely consider another visit!"

"Jay is a gracious host. She had everything available that we may have forgotten. She met us at the door and she was flexible with what time we got there. She overheard kids talking about how they wanted to sleep in the living room and next thing we knew, she had an air mattress and extra bedding for them. There were pillows and blankets galore. She had k- cups and ground coffee available. She even provided laundry detergent. House was comfortable and everything was very clean. Most likely will go back next year."

"The house was very close to the beach, easy walk. There is very little counter space but I should have looked at the pictures more closely. The listing noted that there was a lobster pot, but it wasn’t there. I messaged the host and he showed up an hour later with a brand new one. Very responsive!"

"Immaculate, updated property. Beautiful decor. EXTREMELY comfortable beds! Perfect location, walkable to shops, restaurants and Sea Wall. Short drive to beach. Easily available contact property management. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers. Elevator did not work. Would have been very helpful for groceries, unloading etc."

"This cottage was exactly as described and Maria could not have been more accommodating. We needed a place for a wedding that wrapped a weekend (ie not a Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun requirement) and Maria permitted it. Would definitely rent again."
