The Anchor Motel

10/10 Excellent

"The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to charge. Comfortable beds, everything in the room worked properly, and the ocean beach is just across the road. We ended up staying here twice because our ferry got canceled for weather, and we were very happy each time."

Cozy Summer Cottage Minutes from Narragansett Beaches

10/10 Excellent

"What a wonderful little cottage! We stayed here for URI Family Weekend, and it quickly became our home away from home. It was the perfect place to enjoy some quality family time, cook a few home-cooked meals for our son, and simply relax together. The cottage was cozy, family-friendly, and easy to tidy up. The property was beautiful, and the setting was so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We loved having the water just a block or so away, along with a few restaurants nearby. It was everything we needed for a memorable weekend together. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again!"
