"We stayed just one night at this hotel. The area is lovely due to the bamboo forest. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the Narita airport and also to the mall. The hotel it self was very deceiving as the lobby is done up very nicely but one you enter the elevators that is where it ends. ..."

"Second time in this hotel. It was just an overnight stay, but my sister & I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, free shuttle to/from airport, Lawson inside the hotel, free made in Japan amenities, etc. The hotel was very busy when we arrive, but they still assist me really well."
