Hello and welcome! I'm Shubh, your host, and I'm excited to have you stay at my recently renovated apartment. Designed with special guests like you in mind, this space combines modern amenities with comfort and style.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a balcony where you can enjoy stunning mountain views. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom and balcony, and you can even catch a glimpse of the Ganga River from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals.

For those planning a workation, you'll appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi and TV. A dedicated caretaker is always available (till 6pm) to ensure you feel right at home.

The guest will have access to all three rooms and the common areas of the apartment and get a free parking spot on the property. The guests can also access the common areas of the society such as, the Kids play area, pool (if available), Gym (basic).

Other things to note
1.) All the communication goes through the Airbnb platform.
2.) Once your booking is confirmed and you would like to clarify any doubts about the property, you can call or text on the given number.
3) We have a room with an attached bathroom available for any house help/driver accompanying you. A nominal fee of 500₹/day applicable.
4) Cook Service is available. A nominal fee of 300₹/meal applicable.
