"I stayed at the Galeria In The Garden for one night with my 8 year old son as part of a summer vacation. My son loved the pool, jumping in as soon as we arrived and also first thing in the morning. The room was great, really big and had everything we needed. The staff were also excellent, helping with a food order delivery and then helping plan a day out in Plovdiv. They could not be more helpful or friendly."

"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean "
