Villino da Simo is a vacation home for 5 people for rent in Nardò, in a residential area, just minutes from the city center and a handful of kilometers from the small beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina.

The apartment`s interior is modern and bright. The entrance is into a large living room, furnished with an open kitchen, comfortable corner sofa, TV and dining area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds, and completed by 1 shower room. There is also a small equipped outdoor space in the back.

Villino da Simo is an excellent solution for spending vacations in Salento. The house is located in Nardò, one of the most beautiful towns in the province of Lecce, with a beautiful historic center and numerous cultural attractions.
The nearest beaches are those of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina, reachable by car in 5 minutes. Gallipoli is also close at hand, just 10 minutes by car, as is Porto Cesareo with its famous beaches, about 20 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 7.00 am to 9am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
