Villa Belvedere Nardò - Attico Comfort

Attico Comfort is an apartment for up to 2 people for vacation rental in Nardò,
in a residential area, just a few kilometers from the historic center
and the marinas of Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno and the
Portoselvaggio natural park.

Comfort is a simple and cozy solution with bright and well-furnished
rooms. It is located on the second floor of the Villa Belvedere
residence.
The single room is topped by a very nice wooden roof, and is furnished with a kitchen, table and chairs, TV and 1 140-cm sofa bed.
The house has a spacious terrace of exclusive property.
The courtyard shared by all guests is furnished with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.

Belvedere is located in Pagani, in Nardò, a residential area situated
along the road leading from the center to the beautiful marinas of Santa
Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno.
The area is well served with
supermarkets and services. The historic center of Nardò is just 3 km
away and can also be reached on foot with a walk along the bike path.

After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out
(from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for
late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be
withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for
each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not
included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a
penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating supplement during  winter months not included, euro 9 to be paid on site.
