Roberta Piano Terra is a holiday home in an entirely fenced two-unit
property. There is an equipped area in the garden with table, chairs and
porch swing. Moreover, on the porch there are two wooden benches.
The
apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed for two guests and
kitchen and the hallway that takes to the sleeping area. There are 2
bedrooms, a double and a triple bedroom and 2 bathrooms: one is a half
bath by the living room and the other is a bathroom with shower.

Villetta Roberta is in a quiet area of Santa Maria al Bagno, 800 meters away from the sea
and the closest beach establishment on the cliff. The small sandy beach
of Santa Maria al Bagno is 1,5 kilometers away, while the beaches of Rivabella are 3 kilometers away.
Santa Maria is a part of Nardò, inhabited all year long, with many amenities and 2 museums: the Museo della Memoria e dell`Accoglienza and the Museo del Mare. Nardò, with its beautiful old town centre, is 6 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Temporary photos taken in winter, the walls will be repainted in spring.
