Le logement est sombre, donne sur une mini cour intérieure/terrasse partagée avec un autre logement et où sont entreposés un ancien meuble de salle de bain et une échelle. Il y avait même une vielle assiette en plastique. Pour finir, la montée de escalier est très penture et étroite, pas du tout pratique avec des valises Autrement la chambre est correcte"

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questa struttura, a soli 10 minuti da Lecce e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i principali posti turistici (Gallipoli, Lecce, Torre dell’Orso ecc). "the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"We booked very late on the day of our stay but managed to find this very reasonably priced room. Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. Bed (and pillows) very comfy, although again, a bit in the small side. Good value for money and in a good location, easily accessible to the old town. "

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta. Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. A magnificent address for visiting Salento!"
