很新的飯店，地點就在車站旁邊，預定的是豪華雙人，空間很寬敞，窗外就是車站的景色。 早餐很豐盛，日式西式都有，還有免費的溫泉！ 價格整體上也都比大阪市區便宜的多，推薦可以在奈良輕鬆住幾晚：）

staff was nice. bedroom wasnt too bad, but to make room for a 2 person bed, some sacrifices had to be made (walking space). also, using the bathroom was awkward and we arent that tall (5'4 amd 5'2).

We had an issue with the pillow in this hotel. The one which is in this room is just like a tree log and we did not even consider it as a pillow. It's very hard and big, not appropriate for sleep. Apparently, that's why they have other pillows to choose at the lobby. However, by the time we arrived, all the pillows were gone. I am sorry for the front desk staff that have to deal with this problem, although it's a problem of the product operations manager who chose them from the very beginning. After long negotiations, staff did a great job and was able to deal with my request. Also, the bedside plug did not work, so they provided me with the extension cord to use the other plug. The staff in this hotel was professional and very helpful. That's the only reason I give this hotel a high evaluation. Other that that, it was pretty disappointing. When you book a hotel with this price, you expect it at least to have a normal pillow and working electric appliances. I had issues with both. During the buffet-style breakfast, kitchen staff was very helpful to guide me through the allergens, since I have a lot of food restrictions. The security system... You cannot go directly to the rooms, you need to go through the lobby to access elevator leading to the rooms. However, I felt that the code system of the room is very complicated. Also, I felt that if you lose the receipt with your code, someone can easily access you room.

Great location for a quick business trip
It was extremely fine. I would not recommend breakfast , at least during COVID-19. A bento with cold rice and assorted items. At least they graciously refunded the amount I paid for it.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the Nara train station via a covered walkway, in a complex that includes an upscale department store and several restaurants. It’s very near a multitude of other restaurants and shops in the surrounding neighborhood, and a short walk from the Naramachi area. It’s about a thirty-minute walk through pleasant streets to Nara's main attractions, the Great Buddha and the deer park. The hotel itself is of the quintessential business variety, with very small but efficiently designed rooms reminiscent almost of a stateroom on a ship. The most attractive feature of the hotel is the on-site onsen on the top floor, open all hours.

Two steps away from Nara train station. Close to restaurants and major attractions. They have a room where you can pick your own pillow (soft, hard, etc.) Downside: the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of american choices.

The location is smack on the porch of JR Nara station, a stone throw away from Kansai airport bus limo drop-off. Bus terminals to major attractions is right in front of the hotel. A short walk from Nara main Sanjo Dori street. Room size, we booked a double room with extra (sliding) bed is decent, the free onsen is a bonus after a long sightseeing day. Only one thing to comment, maybe it was coz on a weekend, the checkin/checkout a bit strict 3PM/10AM.

Check in was awful. I had booked this room in a package on Expedia as i always do with my wife and daughter, however, upon arrival, the man at the front desk embarrassed me in front of others and said my double bed room was only authorized TWO guests. Made no sense at all and he made it sound like I was dishonest and was saying all this while other guests were in the lobby. Very embarrassing and uncomfortable. The experience was lousy and the breakfast was not that great.

Overnight stop in Nara, very convenient since it is next to the train station (and surprisingly conducive). The hotel is value for money if you travel on a budget and use the room only to sleep. The room is very small but functional, and the toilet is so tiny even a size 0 like me had a few bumps. Luckily there is a public bath so we took showers there, and the baths are really useful after exploring on a cold winter day. Breakfast seemed to be overcrowded, making it a little chaotic and difficult to find seats. But kudos to all staff and their hospitality from restaurant to reception.

In terms of value for money we had a decent stay here. The room was clean and the staff very welcoming. If you’re travelling by train, it’s right next to the station and there is paid parking too nearby. However, for a couple, the room was too small. The bed was only just big enough for us (we’re both tall) and we had to put our bags by the door to be able to get to the bed. Like many other hotels we’ve stayed in, the bathroom was tiny, although clean and functional. It could be problematic if you have mobility issues with big steps up into the bath. If you’re a single traveller, it’s fine. My daughter had the same style of room and it was perfectly serviceable. If you’re looking to stay one night in Nara and you’re on a budget, then stay here.

Centrally located, the buses to Nara attractions start from the front door. Creative procedures (no checkout, no breakfast coupons), onsen (bath) in the building. Plenty of restaurants within 100m circle. Adjoined to Nara train station, even a supermarket is in there.
