"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."

The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. "(The Green Annex Building) Felt like staying in a HOSPITAL WARD with DEPRESSING and complicated world war 2 bunker style tunnels connecting the building. EXTRA CHARGES for towels and dressing gown. NO BREAKFAST. Very dated decor in the room, Cheap and nasty bathroom and toilet. Broken Sofa Bed. It's a little walk up to the town, but a nice walk. The saving grace was the view, balcony, the Spa, Steam and Pool facility, kids playground and the Easter Egg hunt activity. I would not recommend the Annex building for this price!!"
