For breakfast you get a 5 dollar voucher for their snack store. I was the only car in the parking lot . No coffee in lobby area. The room was clean and that is all it had going for it. Oh course the outside pool was filled and ready to swim beginning of may

Clean. Quiet. Jacuzzi tub. Ran out of Kleenex in room & brot up a box immediately. NWhat not like? Breakfast coffee pot ran out of coffee. Lady was curt, short, said had to get coffee from Keurig on our room! Flatly refused to make more coffee for guests' breakfast!

Our second stay at The Amish Inn was just as comfortable as our first stay last Spring. Great value and convenient location during our 4-day road-trip.

Put a little Amish Inn your life
I had never heard of Nappanee, Indiana before I went to see " The Ring of Fire " a tribute to Johnny Cash at the Round Barn theater. That is within walking distance for some to the Amish Inn. The Round Barn is located within Amish Acres. I bought the dinner ( buffet)/ theater meal plan. And stayed at the Amish Inn. Which for breakfast most of the guests had seen the play at the theater the night before. So it was cool to ask others their thoughts of the play and where they were from.

Convenient to bicyclists on the Nickel Plate Trail. Very new, clean indoors; quiet outdoors, (but not in-- clearly heard a person talking rather loudly thru the door connecting our rooms). No guest laundry, but there are a few out in town. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area

Not very busy this time of year. Room was clean and breakfast good. They even provided ear plugs for nearby train in case it bothers you. Overall we would stay there again.

Infestation problem!!! My husband and I stayed overnight August 5, 2023. We arrived to our room rather late around 10:30 p.m. It had been a very long day and we went right to bed. During the night, I kept feeling like something was crawling on me. I brushed the area on my body but couldn’t see anything. We we awoke in the morning, and turned the lights on, we discovered our room was INFESTED with tiny ANTS. They were on the counters, coffee area, bedside table, on the bathroom counter…. AND in our BED!!! I went and reported the issue to the front desk. Azayah came into the room and witnessed them all over the room and even in our bed. I showed her the one I kill that had bitten my arm and left a red dot and itchy skin. I have since learned that ants can be nocturnal and come out when it’s dark. I was told that the manager would call me that day or the next with a refund. I young lady agreed that they were all over and it was gross. Two days later, I reached out to the hotel and inquired about the refund. Tina stated that they new they had ants and had been working on the problem. The hotel even had bushes around the hotel cut down to help with the infestation. However, I would need to wait until the manager returned from being out due to a death in the family to get a refund. I called again and on August 11th was told they would not give me a refund because I didn’t report it in the middle of the night.
