"Used soap in shower. Shower looked like it had soap build up. Could feel that parts of floor were uneven (felt like chunks of concrete were missing) underneath carpet. Edges of carpet and corners had a lot of dust and lint buildup. There was a chip out of the shower wall. Exterior had paint flaking ..."
