"The location is great, close proximity to the beach and to the shopping. This property was very clean and comfortable for our stay during the Christmas break holidays. The house is a new build, it has high ceilings and feels airy and spacious. The bathrooms are new and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with with all the necessities of a kitchen and in addition there are two coffee machines, a toaster, a kettle, a blender etc. The backyard patio and the pool felt private and very pleasant. Mostly sunny in the afternoon. The garage has new beach chairs and beach umbrellas and that was very useful. The host Sarah was very responsive and helpful. Overhaul a great place to stay in Naples FL. "

The home absorbed our group of 11 perfectly and we leveraged the Pizza Oven and outdoor amenities after spending hours on the beach via the bikes and full suite of anything you could need for a family day on the sand. "My youngest daughter, her husband and two children (6 and 3) and I stsyed at this property. Easy to get checked in. The pool was so nice, warm no matter when we got in… couple of dsys it was 8:30z. The house is close to both Vanderbilt beach and Delano Wiggins State Park. Delano Wiggins was our favorite. This home is stocked with beach chairs and toweks.Plenty of rooms for bedtime. Laundry at home too. I would recommend this home!"
