RENTAL PURPOSE: This property is intended for single-family and transient guest rentals only - any requests for work crews require specific approval prior to booking. No commercial vehicles or work trucks may be parked on site.

PETS: This home is selectively dog friendly and requires prior approval - please provide the age, breed and size of your dog with booking inquiry. Pet fees of $25 per day, plus an additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be applied upon approval.
