Sunny Naples - Subtropical Oasis Cottage

This is unit 2 of a two unit complex located within a few miles of the Naples city limits. This two bedroom and two bathroom retreat features exposed wood beams on the ceilings, great natural light and a well equipped kitchen. Unit 1, on the same property, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms that can be rented in conjunction with unit 2 for a total complex with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The Space:
Located in Naples, Florida, this vacation rental is in a prime location for exploring all that the area has to offer. You'll be just a short drive away from the white sandy beaches, world-class golf courses, and vibrant dining and shopping options that Naples is famous for.

Welcome to your charming vacation rental in sunny Naples, Florida! While this home may be small in size, it's big on fun and excitement. From the moment you step inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how spacious and inviting it feels.

The living area is cozy yet functional, with comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day exploring Naples. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and there is a dining area that seats four.

The bedrooms are both cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds that are perfect for getting a good night's sleep. There is one full sized bathroom that is easily shared by both bedrooms. The second full sized bathroom is located in a separate room that is accessed by going outside, under a covered area, and then into the room that contains this bathroom.

Each of the TV's are Smart and have Xfinity Cable and there is 1 Gig speed Internet/Wi Fi at our home.

Overall, this vacation rental is the perfect combination of cozy, stylish, and fun. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this home has everything you need for a memorable trip to Naples.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues

Review: We stayed at this property for five days, drawn by promising online advertisements and positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.Wi-Fi: Unreliable and inconsistent.Bathroom Security: The bathroom window couldn't lock, and the shower window lacked privacy, forcing us to improvise with a taped-up towel.Bathroom Door: Required the toilet paper holder to keep it open.Kitchen Supplies: No cereal bowls provided. No dishwasherBedroom Entertainment: No TVs in the bedrooms.Linens: No washcloths available.Second Bathroom: Located inconveniently in the carport.Noise: Neighbor's dog barked constantly when we were outside and frequently during the night.Television Services: Limited to basic Roku offerings; no network TV or streaming services. We had to go buy a HDMI cable and stream through our laptop.Communication: Discussions with the house manager were unproductive.Given these issues, we cannot recommend this property.
