Spacious 3 bed 2 bath condo close to beaches

Sterling Oaks is a gated tennis/pickelball community with resort style pool, clubhouse, workout room - so many amenities for your enjoyment. Relax by the resort style pool and order lunch and drinks from the Cabana. Play pickleball or Bocce ball and enjoy a hot tub spa at the pool after. Workout in the state of the art gym.
Plenty of space in the 3 bedroom/2 bath end unit condo for up to 8 adults. All bedrooms have spacious closets and fans. Kitchen has all amenities. Washer/dryer as well.
Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the lanai overlooking the natural marshland. Please note this community requires a $500 assocation fee for access to amenities, it is listed on the booking as
"community fee" and a $150 HOA association application fee.
There is a 30 night minimum rental period per HOA. March $6000/April $5500/May $5000/June-Dec $4000 per month - discount for multiple months rental.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Great hosts, easy to work with, made sure that all our needs were fulfilled. Beautiful community with a large selection of activities available and a fabulous pool. Close to great beaches, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Would definitely rent this unit again.
