Location , Location, Location! Home has been recently renovated inside and out, very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Vanderbilt beach.
You can relax by the heated pool with poolside grill. Master Bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet. Second and third bedroom with queen size bed and closet. Dinning room table sits 10 people comfortably. New Kitchen with quartz counter tops, new faucet, and 3 chairs off kitchen island. Screen enclosed lanai, also includes outdoor table and seating for 8, backyard is fenced. Includes a 1 car garage. Internet and WIFI available. Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV installed. Relax watching TV in the new sectional sofa in living room. Included for your comfort are Linens, Towels, bicycles, Barbecue grill, beach chairs, beach towels, playing balls, Icebox/coolers, floating devices.

Cleaning team, uses the following process:

1) Sheets and towels are washed with highest heat/hot water setting and extra detergent

2) we use "Chlorox Cleanup + Bleach" on all surfaces (interior and exterior), doorknobs, light switch covers, front door, coffee maker, window hardware, nightstands, etc.

3) Cleaning personnel wear gloves when cleaning. All rags and mop pads are clean when entering the home to clean.

This is a cozy, beautiful place close to the beach. Great local restaurants within 5- 10 minutes. The place was perfect, pool and patio were enjoyable and where we spent most of our time. The air conditioner works great home was nice and cool. The house had all the comforts of home. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Everything about this house and location was perfect. So many details were thought out and communicated to make this a great place to stay. It was just two of us for this stay but there was plenty of room for our whole family. The location was minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. Great stay at this nicely remodeled home. Everything was bright and clean. New everything. Kitchen had everything we looked for. Comfortable beds, if a little on the small side. Everthing on the listing and more, we have stayed in Naples many times and this is the best property we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a great vacation near the beaches, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys for younger ones. The villa has everything you need for your stay. Wonderful Villa

Totally remodelled Villa in Naples Park. Everything in the villa is new and spotlessly clean. Very good taste to all the furniture and decor. There was nothing we could have wanted any more in the Villa. Felt homely, and we really enjoyed staying there, and next time we are in Naples, this will definitely be are choice to stay. This was our first experience staying in a private residence rather than a high end hotel. Sea Breeze is paradise! It is meticulously addressed! Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean. The host is responsive and professional. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay is available, the kitchen is equipped with all items one could ask for, and more! It is obvious that Eddie the host has put a lot of effort in making certain his guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool and surrounding area is so tranquil. We will return again soon!!

Amazing Naples Home Base

Me and my 5 cousins stayed here during our trip in Naples. Eduardo was an amazing host and dropped us off a wireless speaker for the beach. The house was in stunning condition both aesthetically and cleanliness wise. Publix, Mercato, Vanderbilt beach and Starbucks are all 5 mins away. The pool was always heated and great to have during the night. I recommend Baleen for beachfront dinner and Campiellos for authentic italian. 239 in Mercado for brunch. We are all in our mid 20’s so Cavo and Blue Martini for night life. The house was in distance to all of these places. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eduardo.
