Fully renovated kitchen - countertops, cabinets and appliances including brand new top end LG refrigerator, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. New modern furniture in the living room and bonus room. Fully functional office space with desk, chair, printer, shredder and 1 Gig internet speed! Over 3000 square feet of space plus Lanai with view of 3 water fountains, and two car garage.

In Banyon Woods, a lovely gated community with beautiful landscaping. Great for walking or biking. Fitness center, community pool, park for kids.

Extremely convenient location with many restaurants, shops and stores less than 1 mile away including Publix, Walmart, Target, Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot,, movie theaters, and the Total Wine liquor store 😁. 5 miles to Mercato’s shops and exciting night life and to the exclusive boutiques at Waterside Shoppes.

Ten minutes from World-famous 5th Avenue and 3rd Street, commonly known as Olde Naples, with high end restaurants, art and nightly entertainment.

An excellent location for beach relaxation and rejuvenation or an active lifestyle. Vanderbilt Beach and Ritz Carlton 6 miles and 3 other beaches within 10 miles.
