Renovated Seasonal Rental in the highly sought after Lake Park Neighborhood. This quaint beach cottage is walking or biking distance to beautiful Naples' Beaches, as well as the countless restaurants and shoppes located in Downtown Naples. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a 2 separate living rooms, and a full dining room table. We are a pet friendly rental with a newly fenced backyard. Enjoy the renowned Naples weather on the porch with a full outdoor furniture set, outdoor dining table, and gas grill. This rental is offered Turnkey furnished, all you need to do is unpack your suitcase. Small Item to be noted, the second full bathroom is located in the garage. It is a nice, fully functional bathroom, but a little unorthodox.

Wonderful place to stay in Naples! The fenced in yard was the best part since we travel with dogs. Pool was wonderful. Neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
