This fully furnished home with eclectic beach décor will allow your worries to melt away in the beautiful city of Naples. Relax in the large rectangular screened in pool out back or entertain in the lanai. The possibilities are endless. Your small pooch will love running around in the fenced-in yard.
This house is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath Southern exposure pool home. This home has been fully remodeled featuring custom plank tiles throughout, LED lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The Italian inspired custom bathrooms are designed with level 5 quartzite. An impressive open kitchen and adjacent living area were designed to facilitate the ultimate culinary experience. The spacious master suite that overlooks the pool area features a resort styled master bathroom with a spa like soaking tub and separate standup rain shower. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the large Travertine pool deck, there is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. You are only minutes to downtown Naples, Championship golf courses, white sand beaches, shopping, dining and more. Spacious 2 car garage, and a fenced in yard for a small dog.

Beautiful home in Naples

We had a Great stay in Naples. The pool was awesome and the house was Beautiful. We were further from beaches than originally planned but it was fine. Close to Marco Island and close to Many golf courses.

Contemporary house

Jonathon is a great host. We had a question and he replied right away. The master shower has an amazing shower with multiple shower heads and a hand held sprayer. Couch was comfy and the house was really clean. Quiet neighborhood. We Ate breakfast at Melas and it was delicious and close, right near the Publix which is also just a short drive from the house. We would stay here again!

Dissatisfied

The house was not clean. You left the sand on de floor when you walked. In fact, we swept the entire house and picked up a lot of dirt. The beds also had sand on them and the sheets smelled of sweat, even the ones that were supposedly clean in the closet. I the pool was dirty I contacted Jonathan and he never answered me. I wrote to another person in charge, Ithink his name is Jon I don’t remember well, he apologized and promised to send me to have the pool cleaned The person who cleans the pool came the day we were leaving so we were never able to swim in it. I wrote to another

Great House/Great Location

My husband and I travel every year to Naples. We have been trying different areas each time we visit. This house was perfect and the location was great. We were in-between the best parts of Naples and a close distance to Marco. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we loved walking the dog each night. The house provided all the amenities we were looking for during our stay. We would definitely recommend the property and Jonathan was great to work with.
