Pull down Queen Murphy bed. Hear the waves crash from your Western exposure screened in Lanai, view sunsets and mangrove trees on the Gulf. Steps (no kidding) to Wiggins State Park and Bluebill Beach. Short distance to some of Naples most popular shopping and upscale restaurants. FULL CALENDAR MONTH RENTALS ONLY, PER CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES. CONDO ASSOCIATION Registration FORM REQUIRED, $100.00 processing fee payable to condo association. $150.00 cleaning fee. Unit was beautiful and clean. Everything you would need was provided. The apartment was just a short walk from the beach. Shopping was also conveniently located nearby. We had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location with a beautiful short walk to the beach, and checking out an occasional beach sunset. Also from the front area for the building we enjoyed up to 1 mile plus walks on Bay shore drive.The studio is kept very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony and we appreciate the stainless steel pots. Sheets and pillows need to be replaced.Lobby remains under repair from a devastating storm 2 years ago.Carol was always available and quickly replied to any questions.
