Paradise Palm Villa- SEE OUR NEW POOL AREA AND OUTDOOR KITCHEN!

PARADISE PALM VILLA is a place to relax and unwind! Located in Naples Park a wonderful neighbourhood. Just grab a bike and within 5 minutes you can reach the beach(1mile)! The outdoor was completely restored with natural stone, new resurfaced pool with glas mosaic and a granite outdoor kitchen with a large Blaze built in grill! Newest addition is a Pool Safety Fence which is mandatory when staying at Paradise Palm Villa with children. A fee for the fence does apply.
THE HOUSE HAS 4 BEDROOMS IN THE MAIN HOUSE and 1 King bedroom apartment with bathroom above the garage. (Pool house)
When we moved in this spacious house in February 2020 we placed value on high quality furniture and modern materials. The wonderful large house has 3750 sqft under air, 6460 sqft in total!
The spacious open floorpan (please look at the floorpan in section pictures!) with living and dining area and the kitchen is perfect for gathering with your loved ones. Please see our photos!
The center of the house is the modern and state-of-the-art Gourmet kitchen with it’s oversized granite island with 6 bar stools. The dining room right next to the kitchen offers a large table with seating for 8 guests! Additional seating for another 6 guests right next to the dining area is available at the large kitchen island.
From the open living room you have a view through the double French doors onto the beautiful pool area with the waterfall feature and Palms. For your security the outdoor entries are equipped with motion detectors which turn on the lights as you enter the house. At both entries are doorbells, the driveway is secured with 2 cameras and one camera is located in the garage. The security system is also mentioned in the Short Term Rental Agreement.
The Main House has 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen) and 3 modern bathrooms and a separate outdoor pool bath, laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers and an additional fridge for storage.
All bedrooms are newly furnished and have high quality box spring mattresses.
Master Bedroom King bedroom: walk-in closet, bathroom with large shower and rain shower, separate toilet. The Master has a 50' Smart TV.
Two Queen bedrooms: share a bathroom with a large walk in shower.
King bedroom: bathroom with shower / tub. Toilet paper, kitchen towels are supplied as a starter kit, hand wash soap is supplied in each bathroom. Washing liquid a few pods are supplied - please stock for your personal use. Nespresso coffee machine is provided with a few sample pods.
Above the double garage is a separate apartment (Pool House) with a King bedroom and a separate bathroom (shower/tub).
A feature of this apartment is a large Game Room with a Pool Table and Shuffle Board and a lounging area with a 55 inch Smart-TV.
A small fridge, microwave and coffee machine is available for your comfort. This apartment with an adjoining large terrace offers a wonderful view of the beautiful pool and garden and Naples Park area. 2 Adirondack chairs let you relax with a nice book or drink.
The large pool with Waterfall and Spa is the center of this double lot property, embedded in a tropical garden with many palms. The natural stone waterfall made of sandstone and the Spa can be heated if desired and is also illuminated in the evening. A brand new addition is a private Putting Green in the garden! Welcome Golfers! Practise your putting in your very own garden! Putters and balls are provided! PLEASE SEE OUR PHOTOS!
The Patio Area is wonderfully tropical and very private! There are 8 sun loungers and a day bed as well as a egg chair for relaxing hours by the pool. The outdoor lounge seating with a Fire Pit invites you to linger.
The 2 large outdoor dining areas (one in the screened lanai area) with each 8 chairs is not far from the new outdoor kitchen.
For your convenience there is an outside shower and and outside Pool Bath.
Naples has so much to offer!
If you want to explore the area, you can choose one of the 8(eight) beach cruisers (bicycles) in the bike garage We supply helmets, locks and lights. The newest addition are 2 bike trailers for children with 2 helmets(2-seater for max 80 pounds), which can be booked separately.
It is only about 5 minutes to the next beach - Delnor Wiggins State Park or Vanderbilt Beach! Grab your beach chairs (10 available) and the large and small ice boxes for a relaxing time at the beach! I also offer a beach buggy for your trips to the beach.
Publix, Walmart, Whole Food Market and Trader Joe’s are just around the corner!
