SoCe is the only new building in Olde Naples which allows short term rentals and pets. The floor plan includes an open well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertop , living room with a queen sleeper sofa /which provides an additional sleeping option, master bedroom with a king size bed and second bedroom with twin beds. One full bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. One covered parking space is included. The building has an elevator and private outdoor amenity deck on the rooftop with a grilling /dining area and a hot tub. This brand new million dollar pet friendly condo is a rarity in Olde Naples. Beautiful, new condo that is clean, bright, and airy. Close proximity to all old Naples has to offer! Owner is very accessible and available to address any needs that arise. Would definitely recommend for a stay, whether short or for a long stay!
