Booked the stay less than a week before the trip and the property and host were excellent and beyond my expectations. Enjoyed it very much and would definitely book a return visit in the future!! Perfect near beach location.

Holiday visit

Great location in downtown Naples! Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and park. Longer walk to beach but well worth it! Host was easy to work with, great communication. Wonderful visit to Naples!

Living room area needs table and chairs, improved sofa and chairs. Used grill twice. worked well. Lanai was nice.

Older small apartment in great location

We liked the location and the pool. The bathroom was updated and nice but everything else was old The couch and coffee table were oversized eliminating room for kitchen table Could only eat outside. Says sleeps six but only room for four (a blow-up mattress was called a bed, but no floor space)

Everything was Great. Yes, Very clean. It is the easiest walk into town for shopping, dining. Beach is not far. Owner went above and beyond! I unfort, forgot some clothes in closet and he fed ex ti me🤗🤗

Great location, far cheaper than any other option

For the money, this was a fantastic spot in Naples. I couldn't find anything else that competed with this price. That being said, you do get what you pay for. Nothing about this property is fancy. It was a long walk to the beach, so we rented bikes. It's a shorter walk to downtown Naples. The beds left much to be desired. The furniture was odd, no dining room table. Pool was decent.

The unit was clean and and well maintained, located in an area walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. It was very quiet during our stay and we had the pool to ourselves. My only less than outstanding feedback is that the pillows and mattresses were not especially comfortable, but I would still recommend for a nice stay in downtown Naples.

Father’s Day weekend out

We stayed at this unit for 2 nights. It has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Nice attention, easy check in and wonderful rest at night. Strong WiFi and above all…clean and nice bathroom. Close parking spot and even laundry facility. We’ll be back for sure.

Grand Kid Visit

We found this to work out well....3 grand kids got dip in pool and we were in good proximity to decent restaurants, Zoo, Beach, and downtown....all great. Wyn grocery store 1 block away was a marvelous surprise.

Nice place - loud road

The place is iquiet but the road noise was terrible. Woke us up at 6:30am each morning.No soap in bathroom for shower.
