About this property
Near beach, view tropical plantings from 4th floor privacy, + pickleball courts!
- Two bedrooms, two baths with tubs and showers, 6 by 24 foot lanai with view of 11 acres of lush, tropical gardens...within walking distance of Publix and Fresh Market groceries and Walgreens drugstore and only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the beach... unit has 4 beach chairs, noodles and an umbrella for your use... in a neighborhood of $4,000,000 homes with safe routes for walking or running morning, day and evening and designated bike lanes... about a half a mile to outdoor, waterfront (canal) dining. Owners have a dog and a cat who are with them and all furniture is slipcovered during our 6 to 8 weeks here. In addition we use our own bed linens, but a severe pet allergy might preclude your renting of our unit.
