Enjoy this centrally-located accommodation. This newly renovated 1/1 studio is a 10 minute drive to downtown, beaches, shopping and 10 minutes from 2 of the major hospitals in Naples: NCH & PRMC. The studio has a private entrance and is connected to the main home via a shared laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Pet permitted - owner in main home does have a small dog.
*FYI this is a 200 sqft space, fully equipped with convertible furniture to maximize space.
