Welcome to our 3 bed / 2 bath condo located in the Antigua building with swimming pool at The Dunes in Naples, a community within walking distance of the beach which features world-class amenities. The Antigua building is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is the closest building to the beach access gate. The condo is located on the 9th floor and offers the perfect view to the Gulf of Mexico. All new kitchen appliances! Unit recently updated and furnished with a gorgeous blend of traditional and beachy modern. Oversized lanai perfect for watching the sunset.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

WIFI Included. TVs in master & family room. One assigned parking spot in the garage and guest parking - max 2 spots. Beach chairs & umbrellas available.

* 30 day minimum stay. Only full calendar months in season (Jan-April). First Season rental needs to start on or before January 1
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for The Dunes are: $400 total. Must submit a criminal background check.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental management company was very responsive to all of our needs. The rental property is in need of some updates. General condition reflects age in certain aspects. We loved the Naples area.
